Due to the nature of fresh flowers being perishable, Ken’s Flower Cafe does not offer any refunds or returns. If there is an issue with your order, please email kensflowercafe@gmail.com with your concern, or call our store at 617-965-5069.

Other items, including gift certificates, physical cards, or other merchandise, is also non-refundable and non-returnable.
